Olive Oil-Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I prefer Bold)
2 cloves 2 garlic, either minced or my favorite, with Mortar and Pestle which renders quite sweet with tender mashed chunks.
1 tbsp 1 salt
1 tsp 1 ground pepper
4 tsbp 4 white wine vinegar
4 tsbp 4 lemon juice
1 tsbp 1 lemon zest
Directions
- Mince or mash garlic cloves. When using the mortar and pestle, add your salt to help break it down
- Add garlic, salt, pepper to olive oil
- Add white wine vinegar, lemon juice and zest
- Mix well. I put it in a dressing container and shake.
