Ingredients
2 12 0z 2 RO*TEL Original diced tomatoes and green chilis, drained
1 12 oz 1 Chili beans, drained
1 lb 1 Pulled pork, shredded
1 med 1 Yellow onion, diced
4 cloves 4 garlic, minced
2 12 oz 2 V-8. V-8 introduces a variety of vegetables which gives it a well rounded flavor
1 tbsp 1 Salt
1 tbsp 1 Black pepper
1 tbsp 1 Chili powder
1 tbsp 1 Chipotle
Directions
- Add RO*TEL to crock pot on High.
- Add Chili Beans
- Add diced yellow onions and minced garlic
- Add V-8.
- Add salt, pepper, chili powder and chipotle
- Stir, cover and let cook on high for 1 hour.
- Remove lid, stir and taste. BE CAREFUL as it will be hot.
- Add more spices according to taste and stir
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
