Ed’s Red Chili

I've been told I shouldn't call this chili. Help me name it by replying in the comments to the right.

  • 2 12 0z 2 RO*TEL Original diced tomatoes and green chilis, drained

  • 1 12 oz 1 Chili beans, drained

  • 1 lb 1 Pulled pork, shredded

  • 1 med 1 Yellow onion, diced

  • 4 cloves 4 garlic, minced

  • 2 12 oz 2 V-8. V-8 introduces a variety of vegetables which gives it a well rounded flavor

  • 1 tbsp 1 Salt

  • 1 tbsp 1 Black pepper

  • 1 tbsp 1 Chili powder

  • 1 tbsp 1 Chipotle


  • Add RO*TEL to crock pot on High.
  • Add Chili Beans
  • Add diced yellow onions and minced garlic
  • Add V-8.
  • Add salt, pepper, chili powder and chipotle
  • Stir, cover and let cook on high for 1 hour.
  • Remove lid, stir and taste. BE CAREFUL as it will be hot.
  • Add more spices according to taste and stir
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Enjoy!
